Bluequo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration and Labour Relations Trainee to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, and contributing to HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administrative Support
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and generating reports to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Support the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of employee files and documentation.
- Labour Relations Support
- Assist in managing labour relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Provide support for employee relations initiatives and investigations.
- HR Projects and Initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to global HR initiatives, such as talent management, workforce planning, and HR technology implementations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from HR data and create informative reports for management.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRIS systems (e.g., Personio, Workday), and data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, employment law, and HR best practices. Familiarity with Spanish labour law is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
