Role Overview:
The Claims Administration Trainee position is a vital component of the CE claims hub team, tasked with supporting claim administrative functions across various European clusters. In this role, you will deliver a range of administrative services to assist our clients throughout the claims journey. This position serves as an excellent entry point into the commercial claims industry, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and development. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills necessary to become a competent claims processor and a key member of the Madrid hub team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the timely execution of claims administrative tasks, collaborating closely with the hub team leader and Claims Processors.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy by diligently entering claims information and preserving documentation in appropriate systems.
- Follow the best practices outlined in the Madrid Hub 'Playbook' and adhere to EMEA claims processes and protocols.
- Continuously enhance technical and claims administration skills through on-the-job training.
- Provide high-quality service for various claims administration tasks and standard settlements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1).
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, German, or Italian is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
- Basic understanding of commercial insurance is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to operate within time constraints.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience working independently or collaboratively within a team, demonstrating self-motivation.
