Claims Trainee

Chubb is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Trainee to join our team. As a Claims Trainee, you will assist with claim administration tasks, work closely with the hub team leader and Claims Processors, and provide high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the timely delivery of claims administrative tasks
- Ensure data quality and integrity by accurately entering claims data and maintaining documentation in relevant systems
- Adhere to best practices outlined in the Madrid Hub 'Playbook' and EMEA claims processes and protocols
- Continuously develop technical and claims administration skills through on-the-job training
- Deliver high-quality service for various claim administration tasks and standard settlements
- Advanced level in English (C1) is a must
- Native/bilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, German, or Italian is required
- Bachelor's degree in law is preferred
- Basic knowledge of commercial insurance is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work within time constraints
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience of working independently or as part of a team, with self-motivation
- 6 months of contract with possibility to obtain a permanent contract
- 30+ days of vacation a year
