**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Trainee to join our team at Chubb. As a Claims Trainee, you will play a critical role in assisting with claim administration tasks and providing exceptional service to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the timely delivery of claims administrative tasks, working closely with the hub team leader and Claims Processors.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by accurately entering claims data and maintaining documentation in relevant systems.
- Adhere to best practices outlined in the Madrid Hub 'Playbook' and EMEA claims processes and protocols.
- Continuously develop technical and claims administration skills through on-the-job training.
- Deliver high-quality service for various claim administration tasks and standard settlements.
**Requirements:**
- Advanced level in English (C1) is a must.
- Native/bilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, German, or Italian is required.
- Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of commercial insurance is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work within time constraints.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
