Experis Manpower Group es una empresa líder en soluciones de recursos humanos. Buscamos a un especialista en soporte help desk con nivel de inglés C1 para un proyecto híbrido en Madrid, con 2 días de teletrabajo.

Resumen del puesto:

El candidato seleccionado realizará tareas relacionadas con la seguridad y el acceso de usuarios a redes y servicios utilizando Active Directory y Exchange. También responderá a solicitudes de soporte internas a través de diferentes canales, como teléfono, sistema de tickets ITSM, chat, correo electrónico y acercamiento personal. Asimismo, analizará la actividad del servicio de soporte y hará recomendaciones para mejorar la eficiencia organizacional.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación o Tecnologías de la Información (o equivalente)
  • Al menos 1-2 años de experiencia en áreas de apoyo tecnológico
  • Al menos 1-2 años de experiencia trabajando con aplicaciones y bases de datos relacionadas con el servicio de soporte

Habilidades y conocimientos técnicos:

  • Conocimientos sólidos de sistemas operativos Windows (Windows 7/8.1/10) para escritorios y portátiles
  • Conocimientos técnicos sólidos de dispositivos móviles iOS utilizando Microsoft InTune y productos de Office 365
  • Conocimientos técnicos sólidos de Microsoft Office y Office 365
  • Conocimientos técnicos de Linux/Mac (una ventaja)
  • Conocimiento técnico sólido de ServiceNow (requerido)
  • Certificación ServiceNow Administrador (una ventaja)
  • Conocimiento técnico de PGP Client (una ventaja)

Otras habilidades y conocimientos:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, incluyendo la capacidad de redactar informes
  • Bilingüe en inglés y francés (una ventaja)

Sueldo estimado: €30,000 al año, dependiendo de la ubicación y las habilidades del candidato.
