We are pleased to announce a compelling opportunity for a Help Desk Agent position at one of the industry's forefront technology companies located in Greece.

Salary$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as extensive training and adaptation to Greek culture.
Job DescriptionAs a key player in the IT support team, you will have the chance to contribute to the seamless functioning of our technologies and support systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and documenting support interactions and solutions.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in Finnish and working proficiency in English
- Strong communication, interpersonal, patience, and empathy skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills for efficient issue resolution and task prioritization
- A basic understanding of networking concepts and knowledge of the ITIL framework
