Receptionist - Front Desk Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Madrid. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the front desk, including welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and distributing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, including bookings, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including liaising with suppliers.
- Maintain the kitchen area, including setting up, cleaning, and restocking.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including word processing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
