Receptionist

As a Receptionist at AXA XL, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk, including welcoming visitors, handling deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the Workplace Manager and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
