Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the front desk, including accepting and distributing deliveries, and ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and provide administrative support to the team.
- Issue security passes for staff and visitors, and ensure external parties are signed in and inducted.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, troubleshoot IT/Video Conferencing issues, and arrange catering for meetings.
- Provide event support, including coordinating with suppliers and ensuring smooth event execution.
- Assist with general administration tasks, including word processing, data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Support the Workplace Manager and other team members as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with the general public.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
