Job Title: Account Strategist Agency Italy

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Strategist to join our team in Italy. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with client partners to ensure exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimize client outcomes.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and cross-sell Criteo solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal departments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate with internal departments to drive positive results.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal performance of campaigns.
