Job Summary
Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Strategist to join our team in Italy. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with client partners to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations.
- Campaign Strategy: Dig deep into campaign data to build future client strategy and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Business Development: Develop and strengthen the agency strategy in Italy, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
- Communication and Collaboration: Lead regular client check-ins and business reviews, communicating optimizations made and planned roadmaps. Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and goals are being met.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue-driven environment.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills in Italian and English.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand agencies' needs and find innovative solutions to work with them.
