About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Strategist to join our team in Eastern Europe. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with top agencies in the region, working closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth and optimize ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Criteo's revenue share from existing clients with Big6 agencies and independent ones
  • Organize regular meetings and agency roadshows to strengthen partnerships
  • Effectively manage relationships with agencies to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Own contact, event, and deal information for all client portfolio within the agency
  • Optimize accounts towards improved performance for clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell Criteo solutions to existing clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide best outcomes
  • Proactively identify and suggest new processes to enhance Criteo's service and encourage feedback from customers

Requirements

  • Polish speaker with sales experience and a track record of sales achievement
  • Experience working in or with agencies, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising market and agency landscape
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with past management reporting experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
