About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Strategist to join our team at Importante empresa. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for providing operational account management and optimization to medium and large-sized advertisers in line with our service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage side projects that have an impact on your individual book of business or team, driving those with support from team lead/manager/peer.
  • Provide operational account management and optimization to medium and large-sized advertisers, growing revenue and optimizing accounts to improve performance for the client.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels, from Traffic Manager to CMO, advising on client's digital strategy and educating advertisers on Criteo's technology and products across channels and devices.
  • Optimize accounts to improve performance for medium to large-sized clients and identify growth opportunities, providing consultative guidance on contextual market challenges and recommending solutions to overcome those.
  • Demonstrate upselling capacity by showing effective and impactful negotiation skills that positively impact your book of business, using a consultative approach to upsell new solutions connected to clients' short-term business plans.
  • Inspire the growth of your clients by promoting innovative cross-channel perspectives, creating successful campaigns in line with clients' objectives and successfully keeping all relevant information from interactions with your clients in our CRM.

Requirements

  • Previous digital marketing experience required - at least 4-5 years in e-commerce, performance marketing within a digital environment.
  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.
  • Business fluent in Czech and English - both spoken and written.
  • Client-facing relationship experience and excellent phone-based sales experience needed.
  • Proven sales or client service track record, ideally in a tech-related field.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain any recommendations made.
  • Ability to act as a consultant and be reactive in front of any potential situations.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning.
