About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Account Strategist to join our team in the DACH market. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and driving growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-level strategic account management to our advertisers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with clients' stakeholders across all levels.
  • Educate our advertisers on Criteo's technology and inventory types.
  • Monitor and optimize existing campaigns to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify personalized solutions and ensure client objectives are met.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and mutual team alignment.
  • Plan, forecast, and negotiate yearly budgets, as well as up-sell Criteo's new full-funnel solutions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in ad tech or agency, or with direct experience working with Criteo's advertising solutions.
  • Language proficiency in English and German.
  • Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with video and/or contextual advertising is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong presentation and organization skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
