About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Strategist to join our team in Eastern Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with top agencies in the region, optimizing our ad campaigns, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to grow Criteo's revenue share from existing clients in Eastern Europe.
  2. Organize regular meetings and agency roadshows to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.
  3. Effectively manage relationships with agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Drive regular meetings at different levels in the agency's organization to identify new opportunities and optimize account performance.
  5. Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of agencies in the region.
  6. Ownership of contact, event, and deal information for all client portfolios within the agency.
  7. Optimize accounts towards improved performance for clients, leveraging your expertise in digital advertising and agency landscape.
  8. Upsell and cross-sell Criteo solutions to existing clients, working closely with internal teams to provide the best outcomes.
  9. Proactively identify and suggest new processes to enhance Criteo's service and encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo's products and services.
Requirements
  1. Polish speaker with a strong understanding of the digital advertising market and agency landscape.
  2. Sales experience with a track record of sales achievement, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Experience working in or with agencies, with a strong network of contacts in the region.
  4. Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role.
  5. Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising market, advertising technology, and agency landscape.
  6. Strong analytical and Excel skills, with past management reporting experience.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders in our existing portfolio.
