Job Summary

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Account Strategist to join our team in Eastern Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with top agencies to optimize our ad campaigns and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with partner agencies to maximize Criteo's business at a regional level.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue share from existing clients.
  • Organize regular meetings and agency roadshows to strengthen partnerships.
  • Effectively manage relationships with agencies to drive regular meetings and identify new opportunities.
  • Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of agencies.
  • Optimize accounts towards improved performance for clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Criteo solutions to existing clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide best outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Polish speaker with sales experience and a track record of sales achievement.
  • Experience working in or with agencies.
  • Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues.
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising, advertising technology market and agency landscape.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with past management reporting experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
