About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Strategist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. You will also need to be highly analytical, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making and the ability to navigate complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure campaign success
