Regional Sales Manager

Forestown is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and market penetration in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize sales channels, including exports and travel retail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in tobacco sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market penetration
  • Strong understanding of tobacco sales licenses and policies in the sales region
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
