Job Title: New Business Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Executive to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our distribution channels and driving business growth in the Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute new business strategies to expand our distribution channels and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and suppliers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a new business and key accounts role in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and expanding distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
