About the Role

ZF is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for our next-gen Fleet Management Solution, SCALAR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels to generate a high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Manage assigned Marketing Qualified Leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Discovery: Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
  • Opportunity Management: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement.
  • Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling solutions with at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the road transport sector is not required but is a clear advantage.
  • Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Open to working independently from home and traveling within the assigned sales territory (traveling requirement: up to 75% or 3-4 days a week).
