Job Summary:

The primary objective of the Sales Executive is to drive revenue and achieve the hotel's sales targets. This includes proactively soliciting business from various segments, identifying new opportunities, and re-soliciting past leads. The Sales Executive will focus on implementing pricing strategies and collaborating with the hotel team to ensure competitive sales strategies are in place. Reporting to the Property Sales Leader, the Sales Executive will work closely with General Managers to drive sales-driven tasks and maximize production from targeted accounts.

Candidate Profile:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field.
  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or a related major (no experience required).
  • Preferred qualifications include a 4-year college degree and previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality sales.
Core Work Activities:
  • Identifying top accounts and key buyers for each hotel.
  • Efficiently managing the sales funnel and coordinating with the Sales team.
  • Generating new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Conducting customer-facing activities and site inspections.
  • Leveraging market trends and competitive insights for effective selling strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external sales channels to optimize revenue.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and account growth.
