About the Role:

A Sales Executive who dreams big and takes on challenges to maintain fast growth. Join our growing Sales team in Spain.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and develop sales inquiries into quotations.
  • Drive new business development within target market sectors.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and accounts.
  • Significant domestic and international travel.
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales materials, processes, and practices.
  • Guide pre-sales activities through complex sales cycles, working with C-level executives, directors, managers, and technical leads.
  • Build a strong pipeline to support top-line sales targets.
  • Leverage expertise to develop clear sales strategies and identify opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage cross-cultural relationships.
  • Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and able to operate with only strategic guidance.
