We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and develop our Medical Sales Representative team within the Madrid region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Medical Sales Representative team within the assigned region.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience while meeting business objectives.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- Motivate and ensure cohesion within the team, supervising performance and supporting goal achievement.
- Implement tailored development plans to support the professional growth of team members.
- Analyze business data to drive strategic actions and report required business insights.
- Act as a change agent within the team, promoting a modern and omnichannel medical sales approach.
- Execute the commercial plan effectively within the region.
- Serve as a critical link between upper management and the Medical Sales team to meet strategic company objectives.
- Higher education degree in health sciences or business administration.
- Proven experience in coaching commercial teams within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership, influence, and change management skills.
- Business, results, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical and planning abilities.
- Positive, transformative mindset with strong empathy and assertiveness.
- Teamwork-oriented, with good command of English.
