Job Title: Sales Manager Off Trade

Morgan Philips Executive Search is seeking a Sales Manager Off Trade to lead the sales team and manage commercial relationships with major national retailers in the FMCG and Perfumery channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with major national retailers, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing sales in these channels.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotion strategies that drive brand growth in the mass market.
  • Negotiation and Agreement Closure: Lead price, term, and condition negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements for both parties.
  • Market Analysis: Closely monitor market trends, competition, and product performance, using this information to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies and meet client needs.
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to drive individual and collective performance.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG sector, with a focus on major national retailers and a strong client portfolio. Additional experience in perfumery channel management is highly valued.

Native-level Spanish language skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Excellent negotiation and agreement closure skills.

Strong analytical skills and results-oriented, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams, driving high performance and a collaborative work culture.
