About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our Off Trade business in Spain. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate Diageo's brands in the FMCG sector, focusing on the off-trade channel.
  • Lead a senior sales team of NAMs and KAMs, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive sales capability, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ensure perfect execution in-store through our indirect execution team.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned commercial leader with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the FMCG sector. You should have a strong track record of driving growth and profitability, as well as excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.

Native Spanish speakers with proficient English are preferred. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
