Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast sales and optimize purchase orders, ensuring alignment with distributor contracts.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor daily shipments to ensure they meet shipment plans, and propose adjustments to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Participate in process to ensure market demand is met with production plans, and aligned with financial goals, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Management of Incidences: Resolve Track & Trace issues in deliveries to distributors, and manage invoicing to customers and other transactions via SAP.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and reduce delivery times.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Finance or Engineering are an advantage).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced English level is required. Spanish is an advantage.
  • MS Office user (high Excel level required). Advanced SAP S4/Hana user and SAP IBP experience.
