Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, plus 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. Additionally, we provide 23 days of vacation time, 3 extra days off, and an internal training plan.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of agents, ensuring they meet key performance metrics. Your duties will include supervising and supporting team members, providing ongoing support and motivation, creating comprehensive manuals and document procedures, training new hires and existing team members, tracking and analyzing team performance metrics, and compiling data and generating reports on team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A strong command of English and bilingual/native language skills in Italian and Spanish.
- At least 1 year of experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support as Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results.
- Ability to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.
- Knowledge of MS Office365 applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
