Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support agents and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a tech customer support team at a call center or contact center. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting team performance, providing feedback to individual agents, and keeping track of each agent's training and training needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for motivating your team as a leader and controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members.

What We Offer

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native French language skills, with a C1 level of English.
  • Previous experience managing a tech customer support team at a call center or contact center.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
