Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead - Operational Excellence Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer service experts, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance, productivity, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success and identify areas for improvement
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in customer service, with a proven track record of driving team performance and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
