Job Description

As our Senior Customer Service Team Lead, you will oversee the daily tasks of your team members. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting team performance, providing constructive feedback to improve agent skills, and maintaining accurate records of training sessions. We expect you to motivate your team by controlling turnover and retaining talented employees who are passionate about their work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should be a native French speaker with a C1 level of English proficiency. Previous experience managing tech customer support teams at call centers or contact centers is highly valued. Additionally, you should have working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
