Job Title: Field Sales Engineer for Olive Oil Equipment DivisionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Engineer to join our team in the olive oil equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, providing expert technical support to customers, and building strong relationships within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and buying behavior.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the business division.
- Market Engagement: Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build relationships and generate leads.
- Customer Relationships: Establish strong connections with customers through regular visits, meetings, and personalized communication.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical and commercial support to agents and customers.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and track sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with colleagues and partners to identify and resolve complex project challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the agro-industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of olive oil production processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
