Service Sales Engineer for Olive Oil

Alfa Laval Iberica is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our Authorized Service Provider network in the olive oil and wine markets of the Iberian Peninsula.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to develop and implement business division strategies and targets.
- Engage with Authorized Service Providers to understand customer needs and promote the value of Alfa Laval's products and services.
- Develop and align common procedures for all Authorized Service Providers and provide training on product and application knowledge.
- Build relationships with local and central service organizations to drive service business growth.
- Identify and manage leads to convert them into real business opportunities.
Requirements
- A dynamic and proactive person who excels at generating outstanding customer experiences through value selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and Authorized Service Providers.
