About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our team, driving business growth in the olive oil market. As a trusted partner, you'll develop effective sales strategies, provide expert technical support, and build strong relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and buying behavior.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement customized sales plans for our olive oil equipment division.
  • Market Engagement: Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to establish connections and generate leads.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong bonds with customers through regular visits, meetings, and personalized communication.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical and commercial assistance to agents and customers.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and track sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with colleagues and partners to identify and resolve complex project challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the agro-industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of olive oil production processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
