About the Job

Olive oil and wine sectors are key areas of the food and beverage industry in the Iberian Peninsula, with a growing demand for energy efficiency and circular economy solutions.

We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities with olive oil and wine customers, leveraging Alfa Laval's innovative technological solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our Authorized Service Provider network, ensuring outstanding coverage of our installed base in these markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to develop business strategies and targets.
  • Collaborate with ASPs to understand customer needs and promote the value of our products and services.
  • Support ASPs during negotiation phases with end customers.
  • Develop common procedures for ASPs and provide training on products and applications.
  • Engage with local and central service organizations to drive service business.
  • Identify and manage leads to convert them into business opportunities.
