Business Development Manager for Olive Oil and Wine Markets

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Córdoba, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the olive oil and wine markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to develop effective business strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans to grow our Authorized Service Provider (ASP) network
  • Collaborate with ASPs to understand customer needs and provide value-based solutions
  • Support ASPs in negotiations with end customers and develop common procedures for all ASPs
  • Train ASPs on products and applications, and engage with local and central service organizations to drive service business
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with a strong commercial orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, energy, passion, drive, and teamwork capabilities
  • Spanish and English language proficiency
  • Residency in Córdoba or Jaén area, with availability to travel frequently in Spain and Portugal
