Business Development Manager for Olive Oil and Wine Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Córdoba, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the olive oil and wine markets.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to develop effective business strategies
- Develop and implement sales plans to grow our Authorized Service Provider (ASP) network
- Collaborate with ASPs to understand customer needs and provide value-based solutions
- Support ASPs in negotiations with end customers and develop common procedures for all ASPs
- Train ASPs on products and applications, and engage with local and central service organizations to drive service business
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with a strong commercial orientation
- Excellent communication skills, energy, passion, drive, and teamwork capabilities
- Spanish and English language proficiency
- Residency in Córdoba or Jaén area, with availability to travel frequently in Spain and Portugal
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
