Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience maintaining databases? Do you possess excellent communication skills and a high level of proficiency in both Dutch and English?

We are seeking a Dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our multicultural team at IQVIA Argentina. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of our reference databases by classifying products, standardizing data, and applying business rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update reference databases with new products and changes in the Benelux countries' markets.
  • Identify required changes to the existing reference file and collaborate with local offices to correct inaccurate data.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • High level of Dutch/Flemish and mandatory high-level English.
  • Valuable experience maintaining and updating databases.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
