Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via live chat, email, and phone
- Resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate and helpful information
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required

- Experience in customer service or a similar support role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
