Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via live chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate and helpful information

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required
  • English proficiency is a plus
  • Experience in customer service or a similar support role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
