About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our OEM vehicle support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest levels of service quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle driver requests and inquiries through various channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Provide remote assistance to customers, identifying and addressing the root causes of their issues.
  • Record all customer interactions to track activities and improve service quality.
  • Manage customer data and input relevant information into our case management system.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and targets.
  • Continuously work to improve process workflows and efficiency.
  • Prepare, update, and archive all required documents and records.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive and negotiation-focused attitude, and strong problem-solving skills. You will also be adaptable, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
