Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Sales Officer to join our team at Ic Resources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales and marketing alignment and optimize sales processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and developing sales strategies in a rapidly growing technology scale-up.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with any additional language skills being beneficial.
