Strategic Sales Director for Neuro Medical Devices

Job Overview: At Chronos Consulting, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our neuro medical device sales efforts in Europe. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving business growth.

About the Role: As a Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to define plans that drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on three commercially released products, and you will work to increase the number of treatments performed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Goal Setting: Define annually the region's business goals, manage and lead the sales team, and build a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop the sales strategy for three commercially released products and work to achieve company goals in the number of treatments.
  • Reimbursement Process Leadership: Work with the VP marketing and product managers to define marketing plans, lead the reimbursement process, and support the regulatory plan.
  • Human Resources Management: Define the human resources needs with the VP HR.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in sales of capital medical devices in Europe, familiarity with Neurosurgery market.
  • Sales Channel Development: Experience developing sales channels via distributors.
  • Negotiation Skills: Confident negotiating skills, good attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
  • Autonomy: Ability to act with limited supervision and use own initiative to grow the market.

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is €120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive package that includes a bonus structure based on performance.

Location: This role is based in Madrid, Spain, and requires frequent travel within Europe. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
