In Inizio Engage, we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison in Spain to work on a significant project in the Neurological Therapeutic Area

We are recruiting for Inizio Engage to work with a leading company in the Life Science & Healthcare sector. The MSL (Medical Science Liaison) will focus on an important treatment in the area of demyelinating diseases.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Deploy a medical national operational plan and identify key actions/projects in line with the global medical strategy and in agreement with the Company global medical teams.
  2. Be recognized as the drug expert in the therapeutic area, both internally and by the scientific community.
  3. Master knowledge of the scientific and clinical medical environment in the region and the network of clinical and scientific experts.
  4. Establish a scientific dialogue at the request of experts based on clinical data for the product and the pathology for which he/she is responsible.
  5. Establish lasting relationships with regional, national, and international opinion leaders, learned societies, patient associations, and cooperative groups, to be seen as a scientifically reliable partner.
  6. Engage KOLs in scientific advisory boards.
  7. Participate in congresses and organize symposia with the Company global medical teams.
  8. Manage and follow up on clinical trials/RWD.
  9. Identify clinical data needs to generate necessary data to support the medical communication of the drug.
  10. Collect and gather relevant insights and share them with the MSL lead.
  11. Fill the CRM to evaluate time in the field, HCP engagement, and account card fulfillment with insights and scientific activities and studies highlights.
  12. Train and inform Product Specialists (continuing training, post-congress news, etc.).
  13. Carry out the mission in compliance with regulations (medical procedures and the company's ethical and compliance rules).
What Are We Looking For?

Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

  1. PhD or Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, or Bioscience).
  2. A minimum of 3 years experience as an MSL.
  3. More than 5 years experience in a Medical Affairs position is desirable.
  4. Prior experience in Neuro, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), or autoimmune/inflammatory disease fields is a plus.
  5. Experience with product launches is a plus.
  6. Very high English level is mandatory.
  7. Experience working on action plans with regional activities of added scientific value is desired.
  8. Digital skills to lead Webinars, digital Advisory Boards, online training, etc.
  9. Availability to travel at a local level.
