Customer Support Specialist for Fashion Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring contractual SLAs are met
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of Dutch and an advanced level of English
- Familiarity with IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- A competitive salary of 18,400 euros gross/year + up to 2,500 euros gross/year in bonus
- A full-time permanent contract
- A 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
- An office-based job with a central location in Barcelona
