Job Title: Customer Support Specialist for Legal Services Portal

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Nordsbroad. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers using our digital platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to platform issues
  • Manage customer tickets and respond to email inquiries
  • Provide assistance with general information, procedural questions, and user access

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and strong computer skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
