Job Summary

As an E-Services Technical Support Specialist at Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia, you will play a crucial role in supporting our European affiliates in the implementation of digital services offers for hospital customers. You will be the go-to expert for IoT infrastructure installation and optimization, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance of equipment in customer hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support European affiliates in the implementation of digital services offers for hospital customers.
  • Be the referent expert regarding IoT infrastructure installation and optimization.
  • Support country affiliates for the deployment, including the installation and maintenance of equipment in customer hospitals.
  • Train affiliates' teams on IoT aspects.
  • Report, track, and help resolve potential issues reported by affiliates with internal stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback and potential needs for new features and evolutions of the platform.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, chemical, production, mechanical, biomedical).
  • Experience working with IoT infrastructure installation in a constrained environment.
  • Knowledge about medical gases and their usage in a hospital context.
  • Training and content development skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
