Technical Front Office Specialist


At Blu Selection, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Technical Front Office Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, focusing on technical inquiries related to telecom services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers with technical questions and issues related to telecom services.
  • Maintaining and updating customers' accounts to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Handling sensitive data with confidentiality and reliability.


Requirements:

  • A native level of Dutch and a good level of English.
  • An interest in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data reliably.
