About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Job Squad, you will take on a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers. With a focus on the Bank Industry, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls and emails, and live chat with customers
- Work on different projects with varying volumes, prioritizing efficiency and quality
- Utilize problem-solving skills, research, and identification of the right information to address customer concerns
Requirements
- Native-level Norwegian speaker and fluent in English (B2)
- Experience in customer care is a plus
- Clean credit record (no records of non-payment)
- Strong computer handling skills and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach
