Customer Service Role Overview

At CPM International, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex technical enquiries for all products within our range
  • Provide support, assistance, and guidance in setting up connected products, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Process all client requests in accordance with company processes and guidelines across all product ranges
  • Provide superior levels of quality in all transactions with strict adherence to governing laws
  • Identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell without compromising the values of the company

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong background in customer service and a fluent level of German (spoken and written). You should be able to prioritize your workload, work well in a team environment, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of €23,000.00 gross per year
  • The possibility to earn up to €150 gross per month based on Quality and Productivity
  • 24 calendar days per year
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • A hybrid work model with 3 to 4 days a week in the office
  • 2 weeks of fully office-based training
