Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Fashion Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the fashion industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries via email, voicemail, or other automated alerts.
  • Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.

Requirements:

  • Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English.
  • Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
  • Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.

What We Offer:

  • 39 hours/week temporary contract: rotative Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00.
  • Salary 18,400 euros gross/year + up to 1200 euros gross/year in bonus.
