Partner Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to join our Technology Partnerships team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business relationships with key and general technology partners, identifying and executing marketing activities, strategic plans, and expansion of the technology relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a plan to enhance partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition by connecting partner strengths with Make's capabilities.
  • Enable and support the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to drive new monetization.
  • Uncover growth opportunities by expanding the partner's technology offerings on Make.
  • Establish and maintain critical relationships within assigned partners to grow their business and increase customer acquisition.
  • Represent the interests of assigned partners to drive engagement and focus internally.
  • Be accountable for ARR growth target and forecast.
  • Ensure 'Customer First' type of thinking for all partner planning.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of partner needs, the overall market, and Make's product. Success requires deep collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
