We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated European Business Development Representative to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a representative, you will be responsible for calling companies in France and the Netherlands to discuss their service needs.

This is not a sales position; rather, you will be ensuring that our clients have a positive experience with our services. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and fluency in French and Dutch/Flemish (minimum C2), we want to hear from you

About this role:

  • You will work fully remotely from Spain, enjoying flexible hours between 9:00 and 17:00, with a minimum of 25-30 hours per week.
